Rapid Re-housing of families
In 2016, Brno city decided to pilot the Housing First concept and provided 50 flats to homeless families. In total, more than 400 homeless families were registered, out of which 50 randomly selected were allocated flats. The project runs until 2018.
Evaluation
Randomized Control Trial will compare the progress made by the 50 families and further 100 families which serve as a control group. Qualitative research is being undertaken to explore changes that families go through and factors that influence them.
